Maximum size the on-disk cache should take (items will be automatically removed if the cache grows too large)

When enabled some expensive to generate data is written to disk so that it is faster to load when needed again.
If disabled only in-memory caching is used.

Size of all of the cache items currently stored on disk. Can be cleared safely at any time,
but when an item is next needed that would have been in the cache it takes longer to generate.
