Think very hard before adding a [b]Nucleus[/b] to your cell. They are expensive to maintain and slow your cell down considerably, so ensure you have a significant positive [thrive:compound type="atp"][/thrive:compound] balance and can afford a more sedate lifestyle for a generation or two. We recommend adding [b][color=#3796e1][url=thriveopedia:cilia]Cilia[/url][/color][/b] and [b][color=#3796e1][url=thriveopedia:flagellum]Flagella[/url][/color][/b] in subsequent generations to recover some agility.

The benefits though are obvious. [i]Eukaryotes[/i] (cells with a [b]Nucleus[/b]) gain access to more versatile future upgrades than prokaryotes (cells without one).

[b]Organelles[/b] unlocked by the [b]Nucleus[/b] offer powerful new abilities, such as the [b][color=#3796e1][url=thriveopedia:signalingAgent]Signaling Agent[/url][/color][/b] and [b][color=#3796e1][url=thriveopedia:bindingAgent]Binding Agent[/url][/color][/b], or significant upgrades to existing abilities, such as [b][color=#3796e1][url=thriveopedia:mitochondrion]Mitochondria[/url][/color][/b] and [b][color=#3796e1][url=thriveopedia:thermoplast]Thermoplasts[/url][/color][/b]. We recommend replacing [i]prokaryotic[/i] [b]organelles[/b] with their more efficient [i]eukaryotic[/i] counterparts after adding a [b]Nucleus[/b] to improve [thrive:compound type="atp"][/thrive:compound] production and better sustain your cell.

Roughly 120 months at the current rate of progress. This estimate is based on the progress made in the past years on the first stage of the game. But this is a very uncertain estimate as development speed can vary wildly based on how many involved developers we have and if the upwards trend of development speed of the past years continues or even speeds up further.

Никогда не используйте "ПУОП" как аббревиатуру для LUCA. Это звучит максимально несерьёзно, и, по большей части, не котируется в русскоязычной академической среде. Большинство учёных называет Последнего Универсального Общего Предка именно что LUCA.
