Click on a cell to start moving it. Move cells to positions that you like. All cells must still stay connected and be nearby to where they are meant to be in the structure. Editing organelles may cause overlaps which must also be fixed before the manual layout is valid. Exiting the manual layout mode discards all changes made to it.

Whether the species uses automatic layout. If disabled the manual layout allows manually positioning the cells.
However, it also requires fixing any layout problems manually.
