Did the Same with the German on. I added a reference to Spongebob which we know here really well. "no patrick mayonnaise is not an instrument" We can translate it to "No Patrick, hydrothermal vents are not suitable for melting iron!" 2 years ago |

I think this is a reference to the Thrive discussion of aquatic civilizations. The oppponents state that it's impossible for an advanced aquatic civilization to exist, since they cannot smelt metal. The words have intentionally "l"s added to them. The Brazilian Portuguese translation worked around the english-specific reference, by translating this string to "For the thousanth time, the game won't have aquatic civilizations!" 3 years ago |
